Recipients must be enrolled full-time in upper division courses at the Barney School
Majoring in Public Administration or Management
Or be graduate students enrolled in the Master of Public Administration, Master of Science in Organizational Behavior, or Master of Business Administration programs, with a concentration in management
Based on academic merit demonstrated through a combination of cumulative Grade Point Average and class rank
Anecdotal assessment by major faculty members as to the applicant’s achievement and accomplishment in the field
Financial need and applicants’ statements of their own level of involvement in the field may be secondary criteria in the selection process
