• One or more students in the engineering program
• Either incoming freshmen or students who are maintaining a 2.5 GPA or higher
• Have the greatest demonstrated financial need
• Residents of any of the six New England states (CT, MA, RI, ME, NH, or VT)
• Preference is to be given to mechanical engineering majors
