• Recipient must be a full-time undergraduate student in the College of Education, Nursing, and Health Professions
• Majoring in any of the allied health or pre-professional health programs
• Has completed at least 40 credits of their academic program at the University of Hartford
• Has completed 40 hours of community service that supports their academic program
• Must be entering either their junior or senior year
• Must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Demonstrate leadership, high moral character, and compassion
