• To benefit student/s studying an instrument at The Hartt School, to be based on talent and financial need
• To benefit a student/s at Hillyer College, to be based on financial need and satisfactory academic performance
• If it becomes impossible to use the property for these purposes, then it may be used for general scholarship support
