• Recipient(s) will be graduating seniors of Rockville High School
• Priority given to students permanently domiciled in the Rockville section of Vernon Connecticut
• Student(s) shall meet the established academic requirements for entrance into the University of Hartford
• Once established as undergraduates, shall maintain a B average (3.0) and remain in good standing
