Dr. Irving Starr Scholarship Fund

The purpose of this fund is to award a scholarship to an undergraduate with a 3.25 cumulative GPA.

Recipient should be an undergraduate student, preferably an education major, with a 3.25 cumulative GPA. Financial need is not a requirement.
